As an Associate Attorney, Hengameh works closely with Joe Ferrucci on the firm’s estate planning and estate administration cases. She is skilled in drafting estate plan documents, probate filings, and deeds and other real property documents.
During law school, she clerked for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office in the domestic violence/elder abuse unit and the AIDS Legal Referral Panel. She also was a member of the Pro Bono Honor Society, providing free legal assistance through various non-profit organizations.
Hengameh initially joined the law firm in 2015 as a law clerk and was subsequently promoted to Associate Attorney upon being admitted to the California Bar.
Hengameh is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco and the East Bay Trusts and Estates Lawyers. She is also a panel attorney on the AIDS Legal Referral Panel, through which she provides pro bono legal services to qualifying clients.
